Hello! My name is Jonathan Solanke. My family and I immigrated to Richmond from Egypt in 1999 and have been here ever since! I played for Richmond Strikers growing up as well as my Middle School (Hungary Creek) and High School (J.R. Tucker) soccer teams. I graduated from Richmond the American University in London with an International Sports Management Degree in 2023. During my years in England, I played semi professionally, and also had the opportunity to coach players from notable academies such as: Manchester United, Leeds United, and Nottingham Forest. Before England, I also played semi professionally in Spain for a year and a half with CD Roda, (sister club of La Liga Club Villarreal CF) and CD Onda in the community of Valencia. While in Spain I coached players from CD Roda as well as Villarreal CF's academy.
